Promoting the Co-creation Approach in Civil Society Sector to Boost Cooperation and Innovation
With support from EWMI ACCESS, the Center for Training and Consultancy (CTC) issued the first-ever Georgian-language Facilitator’s Guide on Planning and Organizing a Co-creation Process. The Co-creation method has been widely used over the past years by governments as well as private and civic organizations to find alternative solutions to complex social issues and put these alternatives to the test of practice. At the heart of this methodology is the engagement of diverse stakeholders with various backgrounds, which enables innovative and experimental approaches.
The methodological guide is tailored to the Georgian context and adapted to the country’s complex social issues. The Co-creation approach will help organizations and civic groups to plan and hold a participatory process for solving existing issues more effectively.
To facilitate this process, CTC went through intensive training and coaching sessions in social lab and co-creation methodology delivered by international authoritative organization – Reo Partners.
