In November, 2015 EWMI ACCESS announced calls for proposals for Tbilisi-based and regional CSOs under its Citizen Outreach Grants (COG) and Public Policy and Accountability Grants (PPAG) programs. The deadline for submitting project proposals was December 24 (for COGs) and December 25 (for PPAGs). It total 43 proposals were submitted under COGs and 21 under PPAGs.
Evaluation of the project proposals will take place in January, 2016. ACCESS plans to award up to four COG and three PPAG projects. Winners will be announced in early February, 2016.
