Analysis of the Law “On Introducing Amendments to the Law of Georgia ‘On Assemblies and Manifestations’”
On October 5, 2023, the Parliament of Georgia adopted the Law of Georgia “On Introducing Amendments to the Law of Georgia ‘On Assemblies and Manifestations’” through accelerated procedure. This law has been submitted to the President of Georgia.
The USAID Civil Society Engagement Program’s Partners – the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL) and the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ECNL) conducted a comparative analysis of the Law and its compliance with the international law and European standards.
