Open Discussion among Business Companies, Media Organizations, CSOs and the Georgian National Communications Commission
On March 29, at 10:00 A.M. at Rooms Hotel Tbilisi, the Corporate Social Responsibility Club (CSR Club) will host a discussion over the new amendments to the Law on Broadcasting regulating media coverage of the business initiatives (including the corporate social responsibility initiatives). Representatives of the Georgian National Communications Commission, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Club members and national media organizations will participate in the discussion.
The CSR Club was founded in May, 2015 by Civil Development Agency (CiDA) and the PR Communications and Marketing Company GEPRA. The Club, uniting more than 70 business and civil society organizations, aims to improve social welfare through promoting the practice of corporate social responsibility. The Club strives to facilitate and structure interaction between businesses and CSOs to carry out joint civic initiatives. ACCESS supports CIDA and the CSR Club members in planning and implementing joint (business-CSO) initiatives.
